Our Gift Giving Services Include:

"Friends" Annual Support Campaign

• Many residents have exhausted their capacity to pay the full cost of their care. Each year Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve conducts the “Friends” Annual Support Campaign, to make up the difference between the resident’s sources of revenue combined with subsidy from the State of Ohio. Funds generated in this tax deductible contribution effort support the cost of care.

Major Gifts or Estate Planning
