The Center for Advanced Rehabilitation at Concord Reserve helps residents achieve their highest possible level of independence. Our therapists develop a tailored treatment plan based on each individual’s needs and capabilities. Services extend to individuals with speech, swallowing, or cognitive disorders, hip or knee replacements, those recovering from surgery or a fracture, as well as individuals managing osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
